I saw this wreath on this site
I loved it so much so I decieded to give it a try. I bought several pieces of felt and cut circle shapes. I don't know how may I cut. Then I wrapped my wreath in white ribbon that I had and hot glued it on. 
Then you take the circles and fold them in half and then in half again.
Take a straight pin and stick in the bottom of the felt at the point. Then stick it into the wreath. Be sure and push the pin all the way in.
